Responsibilities

Frame complex business challenges and identify opportunities to create customer and business value.
Lead discovery and structured analysis across customer, commercial, operational and technology domains.
Evaluate options, risks and trade-offs to support informed decision-making and investment choices.
Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to accelerate progress and delivery outcomes.
Define future-state capabilities, processes and ways of working that enable long-term success.
Drive value-led delivery through effective prioritisation, outcome definition and value slicing.
Build clear traceability between strategic objectives, measurable outcomes and delivery decisions.
