Whatwe'relooking for

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation or change environments
• Strong structured problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience analysing complex business, customer, operational or technology challenges
• Proven ability to evaluate options and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Confidencefacilitatingworkshops and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working across both business and technology teams
• A value-led mindset focused on outcomes,benefitsand measurable impact
• The ability to connect strategic intent with practical delivery decisions

Experience in one or more of the following would beadvantageous:

• Digital transformation programmes
• Data, integration, cyberor platform modernisation initiatives
