Job summary

Tower Insurance, Auckland, is seeking a talented Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will lead requirements analysis, mentor junior BAs, and collaborate with CXOs, PMs, designers, engineers, and QAs to deliver customer-centric solutions in an agile environment.

You will apply data insights to guide decisions and help leaders understand technology-enabled opportunities, while championing AI use within the company’s guardrails. Flexible workplace options are available.

Qualifications

• Expertise in requirements analysis and enabling customer-centric solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior BAs and strengthening BA practices.
• Strong collaboration with CXOs, PMs, designers, engineers, and QAs.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable work through agile processes.
• Proficiency in using analytics to guide decisions and uncover opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting and leading requirements analysis, documenting state as-is and to-be processes.
• Mentoring junior BAs, owning artefacts, and contributing to BA capability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs and run workshops.
• Applying data insights to inform decisions and enable new capabilities.
