Job summary

Land Information NZ is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to translate complex operational requirements into practical processes and documentation. You will support AI-enabled improvements and help deliver improved reporting on survey and title processing across the Enablement team in Property Rights.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with some experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Strong business analysis skills including process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to achieve alignment and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of AI-enabled improvements.
• Help improve operational and customer reporting, including reporting on survey and title processing.
