You will lead analysis across complex technology change, connecting customer and business needs with product, engineering, architecture, testing and operational delivery.
Lead discovery with stakeholders, customers and delivery teams to frame problems, define outcomes and evaluate options.
Translate goals into clear, testable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and business rules.
Shape scope and priorities; support backlog refinement, estimation, release planning and delivery sequencing.
Model processes, customer journeys, system interactions, data flows and integrations to identify impacts, dependencies and opportunities.
Facilitate workshops, synthesise perspectives and support evidence‑based decisions and alignment.
Lead impact assessments, identify risks early and support mitigation, readiness, testing and implementation.
Maintain clear, traceable artefacts in Jira and Confluence, while mentoring analysts and strengthening business analysis practices.
Our culture is collaborative, inclusive, innovative and results driven. We value open communication, diverse perspectives, continuous learning, accountability and wellbeing in a fast‑paced yet supportive environment.
You will help shape secure, intuitive customer identity and access management from discovery through implementation, working closely with product, engineering, architecture, testing and operational teams.
Extensive experience across complex technology, digital, process or platform initiatives, from discovery through implementation.
Strong requirements, scope, backlog and traceability practices, with knowledge of Agile delivery, the software development lifecycle and release management.
Advanced process, journey, system-context and data-flow modelling; confidence using evidence to validate assumptions and support decisions.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, event‑driven architectures, data flows, business rules, authentication, authorisation and customer identity journeys.
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, CIBA, JSON Web Tokens, Ping Identity products or certificate management is advantageous.
Ability to work across APIs, cloud‑hosted and containerised services, microservices, native mobile applications and React‑based interfaces. SQL, Excel or business intelligence experience is useful.
Proven facilitation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, vendors and senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate between technical and business audiences, navigate ambiguity, resolve misalignment and build consensus.
Experience assessing customer, operational, privacy, security and technology impacts; managing dependencies and risks; and supporting readiness, user acceptance testing and post-implementation review.
Leadership and systems thinking: influence direction, connect customer, business, technology, data, risk and operational perspectives, and build alignment without formal authority.
Analysis and problem‑solving: turn complex information into clear insights and decision‑ready artefacts; test assumptions and evaluate trade‑offs.
Customer focus and collaboration: connect requirements to measurable outcomes and build trusted cross‑disciplinary partnerships.
Adaptability and quality: manage competing priorities, move between strategic and detailed analysis, and maintain accuracy and traceability.
Continuous improvement: improve delivery flow and documentation, coach others and share knowledge.
