Job summary

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Customer Identity and Access Management team in Auckland. You will lead discovery, translate goals into testable requirements, and collaborate with product, engineering and operations to deliver secure, user-friendly identity solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, manage risks, maintain traceability in Jira and Confluence, and mentor junior analysts while strengthening BA practices in a fast-paced environment.
