NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi in Auckland is seeking a Senior Asset Management Engineer to lead the long-term performance of the Auckland Harbour Bridge. You will manage assets, align maintenance and renewal works with strategic priorities and funding requirements, and guide asset management strategies and investment decisions.

The role requires eight or more years in structures asset management or construction of structural assets, with a collaborative approach to complex infrastructure

Formación

• Eight+ years in structures asset management or construction of structural assets.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, asset deterioration, and maintenance approaches.
• Experience developing forward works programmes and long-term asset management plans.
• Ability to analyse complex technical information and translate into asset strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead asset planning, renewals and investment programmes for Auckland Harbour Bridge.
• Develop asset management strategies, technical reports, funding documentation and project briefs.
• Monitor renewal investigations, design activities and supervise construction works.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders to strengthen bridge asset management.
