Beca in Hamilton is seeking a Senior Structures Asset Manager to lead and grow a bridges portfolio across the upper North Island. You’ll partner with clients, guide project delivery and coach a growing team while strengthening relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior structures asset manager with a focus on bridges and client delivery.
• Lead others to deliver outcomes across portfolios of structural assets in the upper North Island.
• Experience assessing, strengthening and managing existing bridges is preferable.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with clients to understand and deliver long-term plans and drivers.
• Leading and coaching others to support career development.
• Leading delivery of structures management programmes, including maintenance/improvement works.
• Be a passionate civil/structural engineer focused on asset management.
• Building strong internal and external relationships to deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with wider business to achieve objectives.
