This role is all about tackling our biggest bids and driving success through strategic excellence as part of our dynamic New Business Team at Fletcher Construction.

As a Senior Bid Manager, you’ll lead from the front with your expertise in large-scale tenders, navigating the complexities of major projects. This role is crucial to the business, ensuring the development of effective bid strategies, building top-performing teams, seamless bid execution, and transforming opportunities into successful projects.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Prior Bid Manager experience in the Civil Construction Industry is essential
• Experience working on large scale tender’s valued at $100 Million +
• At least 10 years’ experience with broad experience in design/construct process
• BE Civil or equivalent, preferably CP Eng, preferred
• Strong communication skills, the ability to communicate at all levels
• Solutions focused mindset, you will have the ability to implement practical and timely solutions to problems that arise
• Solid knowledge of engineering disciplines (Civil, structural, M&E) construction systems and methodologies.
