Job summary

A leading Azure engineering firm is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a 3-month contract based in New Zealand. This role requires significant hands-on experience with Azure Data platforms and the ability to transform business requirements into effective solutions. You will manage and deliver solutions, lead the implementation of Azure Data services, and support data engineering tasks, while collaborating with teams for high-profile projects. Candidates must have resided in New Zealand for 5+ years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in New Zealand, eligible for government security clearance.
• Expertise in the Azure Data Platform including Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lakes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Azure Data solutions.
