Job summary

The role requires Part 121 flight operations expertise and a strong track record in leadership, with travel across NZ to engage with aviation organizations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in regulatory contexts.
• Extensive Part 121 flight operations experience.
• Strong regulatory oversight and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team of aviation inspectors.
• Drive certification, renewal and monitoring oversight activities.
• Strengthen regulatory performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with industry, training organisations and regulatory partners.
• Lead with effectiveness to improve safety outcomes across sectors.
