Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in the architectural industry.
• Significant project leadership experience.
• Strong design capability and sound technical knowledge.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to motivate high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant and complex architectural projects from concept through delivery.
• Ensure design quality, programme, documentation and client outcomes.
• Provide senior oversight of project teams and review key deliverables.
• Resolve technical, design and coordination issues.
• Develop long-term client relationships and understand commercial objectives.
• Assist with fee proposals, tenders and presentations.
• Mentor staff and manage resourcing and project allocation.
