Job summary

Mercury NZ Limited in Auckland is seeking an Architecture Practice Lead to grow our Enterprise Solution Architecture team and shape architecture practice across the business. You will coach architects, set standards, patterns, and tooling, and connect architecture with business outcomes.

You will build communities of practice, coach senior engineers, drive governance, and partner with technology and delivery leads.

Qualifications

• Extensive architecture leadership experience across multiple business domains.
• Proven track record coaching and growing architects and engineers.
• Strong communication, influencing and governance capabilities.
• Experience delivering architecture across complex technology landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and recruit for the architecture team and set standards.
• Grow the architecture practice with patterns, tools and processes.
• Champion the Architecture Community of Practice and knowledge sharing.
• Support complex problems and frame issues for impact and flow.
