Job summary

Senior Architect $100K $130K

Our client, a reputable architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Registered Architect or Design LBP practitioner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong design thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for creating quality architecture.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the design and delivery of diverse, quality-focused projects. Working closely with their team and stakeholders, you'll contribute to design leadership, client relationships, project coordination, and technical delivery—all whilst growing within a collaborative, design-led studio.

Your Skills and Experience

• 10+ years' experience as a Registered Architect or Design LBP, with at least half in New Zealand
• Creative, innovative and rigorous design thinking
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Technical understanding of commercial construction systems and experience coordinating consultants
• Post-registration experience on large-scale education, public, health, or commercial projects preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Calm, organised, and confident in your approach
