The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance, and capital markets, with mentoring of junior lawyers and responsibility for independent workstreams. A collaborative, commercially minded lawyer is ideal.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ PQE in corporate law from a leading law firm.
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on private and public mergers and acquisitions.
• Oversee corporate structuring and governance.
• Lead private equity and investment transactions.
• Structure joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Manage equity and debt capital market transactions.
• Mentor junior lawyers and manage workstreams independently.
