RealNZ is seeking an experienced Asset Manager based in Te Anau to lead asset management for our vehicle fleet and infrastructure. You will work hands-on with technicians and contractors while applying strategic thinking to plan ahead and improve asset reliability.

You'll own budgets, lifecycle planning and improvement projects, driving sustainability and reduced downtime across Fiordland's remote sites. Occasional travel and after-hours support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in asset management across asset-intensive environments.
• Proven track record in maintenance planning at scale.
• Experience supporting or managing an EAM system (Maximo, SAP, or similar).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across the business.

Responsabilités

• Lead asset management and maintenance planning for vehicle fleet and infrastructure.
• Oversee maintenance activities to keep assets safe, reliable and running smoothly.
• Own budgets, asset lifecycle planning and improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, reduce downtime and plan for the future.
• Occasional travel and out-of-hours support due to remote locations.
