Job summary

Pinnacles Civil is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to strengthen our asset management capability across New Zealand. You will provide strategic leadership across the full asset lifecycle and partner with clients to maximise performance and value of civil infrastructure assets.

Based on nationwide projects, you will lead development and implementation of strategic asset management plans, work with local authorities and government agencies, and help grow Pinnacles Civil's asset

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in civil engineering.
• At least 5 years' dedicated asset management experience.
• Experience delivering asset management for NZ civil infrastructure projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of NZ asset management frameworks and lifecycle planning.
• Experience with RAMM, Juno Viewer or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic asset management plans for civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop long-term asset strategies, lifecycle plans and investment programmes with clients.
• Build relationships with local government, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and other stakeholders.
• Undertake asset performance assessments, condition evaluations and risk-based decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and whole-of-life cost outcomes.

As our business continues to grow across New Zealand, we're looking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to help strengthen our asset management capability and provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.

The opportunity:

As Senior Asset Manager, you'll provide strategic and technical leadership across the full asset lifecycle, partnering with clients to maximise the performance and value of critical infrastructure assets.

You'll work closely with local authorities, government agencies and private sector clients, delivering practical, commercially focused asset management solutions while helping develop and grow Pinnacles Civil's asset management capability nationwide.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans for civil infrastructure projects.
• Working alongside clients to develop long-term asset strategies, lifecycle plans and investment programmes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local government, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and other key stakeholders.
• Undertaking asset performance assessments, condition evaluations and risk-based decision making.
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, whole-of-life cost outcomes and service delivery.

What you will bring:

• 10-15 years' experience within the civil engineering industry.
• At least 5 years' dedicated experience in asset management.
• Proven experience delivering asset management services on civil infrastructure projects within New Zealand.
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning and infrastructure management practices.
• Experience with RAMM, Juno Viewer or other recognised asset management systems.
