First Focus in New Zealand is seeking a senior IT support professional to own a CORE client portfolio, delivering advanced L2/L3 support with a strong emphasis on AI and automation. You will manage environments across Microsoft stacks, including Azure, M365, Entra and SharePoint, while guiding engineers and shaping AI-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Strong senior L2/L3 experience across Microsoft environments.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, GPO, Azure, Entra and M365.
• Hands-on AI tools and automation experience with real users.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior L2/L3 support and act as technical SME for CORE clients.
• Support Microsoft environments across Windows Server, AD, Azure, Entra and M365.
• Troubleshoot across infrastructure, networking, cloud, backup, security and virtualization.
• Implement AI tools, agents, workflows and automation identified through CORE.
• Collaborate with engineering, mentor technicians and document processes.
