Job summary

Elation is seeking a full-stack engineer to join our AI-driven product experiences team. You’ll work on API-backed features and AI integrations while collaborating with product, UX, and infrastructure to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You’ll contribute to system design, development, and maintenance, with a focus on building scalable, physician- and patient-centric tools in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building APIs using modern backend technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software projects.
• Enthusiasm and interest in building systems using AI and large language models.

Responsibilities

• Ship your first AI-powered feature improvement to production.
• Partner with Product and UX to scope and design at least one new capability.
• Get familiar with our stack (Python, MySQL, React, AWS) and AI integration patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
