Job summary

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency invites a senior analyst to design, develop and deliver reporting and monitoring products that track progress against our strategic direction and the value of funded activities.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Performance, you will produce high-quality statutory accountability documents and leadership reports, driving improvements to lift maturity in performance practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality statutory accountability documents for a Crown entity.
• Strong business analysis: storytelling with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Understanding of machinery of Government, planning and performance monitoring.
• End-user focused on monitoring and reporting products.
• Excellent written and oral communication and advocacy.
• Commitment to lifting maturity in performance practice, processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of reporting and monitoring products.
• Deliver statutory reporting documents and internal leadership reports.
• Demonstrate delivery of core functions and performance against strategic direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to lift maturity of performance measurement practices.
