• Provide high-quality employment relations advice on complex matters.
• Monitor legislative and policy changes and advise on implications.
• Analyse employment relations data and develop recommendations.
• Contribute to development/review of HR and employment relations policies.
• Support coordination of collective bargaining activities.
• Build capability across People, Culture and Capability teams.
• Lead innovative solutions addressing employment relations challenges.
