• Professional advice on performance management, workplace issues and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform recommendations.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management.
• Solid knowledge of NZ employment legislation including relevant Acts.
• Qualification in Employment Relations, Industrial Relations, HR, or equivalent.
• Understanding of public sector processes and operating in a political environment.
