Ministry of Justice - New Zealand is seeking a Senior Advisor (Fixed term to 30 June 2027) to support the management and improvement of services delivered through the Family Court. The role sits in PCS and collaborates with community organisations providing Victim Support, Supervised Contact, Restorative Justice, and Family Dispute Resolution.

• Experience in audit, assurance, monitoring and contract management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Comfortable working across operational, policy, legal and service delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Work with providers, court staff, Policy, and Legal teams to provide advice on PCS services.
• Manage a portfolio of provider contracts and monitor performance.
• Design and deliver monitoring and audit programmes.
• Build strong relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Provide clear, practical, and high-quality advice.
• Support service improvements and project work across the team.
