Job summary

Builderscrack, part of the hipages Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value clients. You will maintain regular contact, tailor advertising solutions, and act as a liaison across product and marketing teams to maximise client success. A hybrid CBD-based role with opportunities to grow and make an impact awaits.

You'll be the main contact for clients, drive retention and upsell, while supporting colleagues to lift overall team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based role with high outbound/inbound call volume.
• Experience working toward and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Make 60–80 calls per day to nurture and grow accounts.
• Manage onboarding, nurturing, retention and growth of advertising campaigns.
• Renew and upsell to higher tier plans; assist clients with account optimization.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to meet client needs and drive performance.
