Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience from an agency or client-side equivalent, preferably in brand/design.
• Strong social and media campaign development and copywriting skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining great client relationships.
• Love of process, order and detail; be well organised with superb time management and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to translate a client’s requirements into a great creative brief.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration, a hunger to learn, and a proactive, resourceful approach.

Our client is a strategic brand and design studio based in Ponsonby. They are a small team, with strong values and a great team culture.

They are searching for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team. This role is very much a support role to their Senior Account Director, and you’ll be working with a range of clients on a wide variety of projects.

Candidates for this role will need:

• 3+ years of experience from an agency or client-side equivalent, preferably in brand/design.

• A proven track record of building and maintaining great client relationships.
• A love of process, order and detail. You’ll be well organised, with superb time management skills, and can work autonomously.
