Responsibilities

• Keep client projects, timelines and deliverables on track daily.

• Monitor budgets, deadlines and approvals across a portfolio.
• Create social content and assets; design in Canva; edit video in CapCut.
• Support paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok.
• Assist with EDM design and monthly reporting and insights.
• Bridge clients, contractors and media partners; ensure quality.

The Attention Agency Ltd - Auckland, North Island

You will sit alongside account managers and the founder as the person who keeps client work organised and moving. Across paid campaigns, content, video, EDMs and reporting, you will hold the detail and stay two steps ahead of what each client needs. This is a role with a clear path: as you grow, so does your ownership, with the goal of running your own accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Keep client projects, timelines and deliverables running smoothly, day to day
• Draft briefs, wrangle feedback, and keep status documents clean and current
• Watch budgets, deadlines and approvals across a portfolio of clients, and raise anything slipping before it becomes a problem
• Create real social content and marketing assets yourself, designing in Canva, editing short-form video in CapCut, and building out social calendars for a range of clients
• Work directly inside paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and TikTok, learning how to build, launch and optimise them with senior support
• Design EDMs and support monthly reporting and client insights, learning to read the numbers and turn them into recommendations
• Be the connective tissue between clients, contractors and media partners
• Guard the quality of everything we ship, checking each piece is accurate and on brand before it lands
• Keep clients well informed and our creative team well set up, and spot opportunities to add value along the way

About you

• Up to three years in an agency or marketing role, or a standout internship
• Confident and genuinely capable in Canva and CapCut, able to produce polished social content and marketing assets to a professional standard
• A precise eye and the habit of checking your own work before anyone else has to
• Genuinely organised, and someone who enjoys planning and keeping things in order
• Aware of budgets, and eager to grow into keeping projects on track financially
• Resilient and hard-working, and genuinely energised by a fast pace
• Warm and confident with people, and ready to step into client conversations
• Ambitious to grow into running your own accounts, and willing to put in the work to get there
• Bringing AI and automation skills to the table, or genuinely keen to learn how to apply them in a marketing setting
• Clear and capable in writing, in person and over the phone, and at home across social and digital platforms
