TIMG is seeking a proactive Security Officer – Warehouse Archive on a fixed-term 12-month contract in Auckland. You will help secure sensitive materials, manage archive workflows, and support safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable in a high-security environment, and able to pass background and drug/alcohol checks. Team players who value accuracy and safety will thrive in TIMG’s Penrose warehousing team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process outbound orders within service standards with accuracy.
• Adhere to operational procedures outlined in company guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is functional, regularly maintained, and operational.
• Maintain a professional workspace and appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Report any issues, incidents, or performance impacts to the Manager promptly.
• Consistently meet internal customer expectations and deliver quality results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Officer – Warehouse Archive in a Fixed Term 12-month contract. You will play a critical part in ensuring the secure management and handling of sensitive materials, maintaining safety, and contributing to operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• A day can include, but is not limited to, picking, packing, and processing outbound orders within service standards, while ensuring accuracy is the number one priority.
• Adhere to all operational procedures outlined in company guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is functional, regularly maintained, and operational.
• Maintain a professional workspace and appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Report any issues, incidents, or performance impacts to the Manager promptly.
