Job summary

CGR Services in Queenstown Lakes District is seeking a seasonal Weed Eater Operator for a 3-month assignment October to December 2026, with potential to extend. Based at the Frankton depot, you will focus on weed-eating and edging to keep parks and reserves in top condition.

You will work with the mowing team, require a full driver’s licence and good physical fitness, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driver’s licence (manual driving experience).
• Energetic, physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pre-employment drug test may apply.

Responsibilities

• Weed eating and edging to maintain parks and reserves.
• Support mowing team and assist with related tasks across green spaces.
• Based at Frankton depot and work across Queenstown Lakes District.
