Delta Utility Services, Queenstown Greenspace team, is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Operator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role involves outdoor maintenance of parks and reserves, operating mowing and related machinery, and delivering high-quality service during the busy season.

We manage a range of contracts across the region for major clients, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to help us deliver high-quality service during the busy season. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer full training for the right candidate

What we’re looking for:

• Is physically fit and ideally based in the Queenstown area
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Has a mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Is safety-conscious and respectful of the public

Skills and experience that will help you succeed:

• Experience operating mowing or farming machinery
• Familiarity with weed trimmers and small plant equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• A current and clean Class 1 driver’s licence
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
