Responsibilities

• Weed eating and vegetation control in parks, reserves, and public spaces.
• Hedge trimming and maintaining landscaped areas.
• Roadside vegetation management and footpath clearing.
• ATV spraying and herbicide application per procedures.
• Push mowing in parks, reserves, and other public areas.
• Piloting for reach-arm mowing.
• Identify and manage weeds and overgrown vegetation.
• Daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work safely and comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

About you:

• Hands on experience and a good understanding of environmental laboring (machinery operation, spraying, mowing equipment, and vegetation control).
• Understands and adheres to Health & Safety guidelines and best practice.
• Enjoys working outside in all weather.
• Must be physically fit and able.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• A current and clean Driver’s license class 1.
• TC/ STMS desirable
• A proven record of being a team player
