Best Berries Ltd in Auckland's popular summer destination welcomes you to join a busy, friendly team. This four-to-six month fixed-term role blends HR administration, recruitment support, general office duties, and customer service.

You'll help recruit and onboard seasonal staff, prepare contracts, maintain records, and assist customers by phone and email. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior admin or HR administration experience preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confidentiality and accuracy in handling data.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal recruitment, including preparing job advertisements.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Create and maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new team members.
• Assist with general office administration.
• Answer customer phone and email enquiries.
• Provide customer service support across the business when required.
