Job summary

Jack's Point invites applications for a Turf Management role at Glendhu Golf Course during the build and grow-in phase. You will help establish greens, tees and surrounds, support landscape development, and operate advanced turf machinery to ensure high standards of presentation and safety.

Ideal candidates will have turf-related qualifications or relevant experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions with early starts when required.

Qualifications

• A Turf Management, Landscape or Horticulture qualification or relevant industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work every day.
• Experience operating turf machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the grow-in and establishment of greens, tees, fairways and surrounds.
• Support the final stages of golf course construction and landscape development.
• Operate and maintain turf equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with monitoring irrigation systems and maintain newly established turf areas.
• Operation of state-of-the-art course machinery and maintenance facilities.
• Maintain the highest standards of course presentation, quality and safety.
