Balle Bros Group in New Zealand seeks a forklift operator for the onion and potato harvest season from November 2026 to March 2027. You will operate forklifts safely in the field, loading and unloading tractors and trucks to keep the harvest moving smoothly.

Weekend/public holiday work may be required during peak season. Flexible work is essential, with a friendly team environment and the opportunity to work locally.

Formación

• Horticulture experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must have a current NZ Class 1 driver licence.
• Able to work flexible hours and days during peak season.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate forklifts in the field to load and unload tractors and trucks.
• Support harvest operations to ensure timely and efficient packing and distribution.
• Work weekends/public holidays during peak season as required.

We are currently looking for forklift operators to join our team for the upcoming onion, potato harvest season, running from November 2026 through to the end of March 2027. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts in the field, loading and unloading tractors and trucks to ensure the harvest runs smoothly and efficiently.

Weekend and public holiday work may be required during peak season. Flexible work is essential.

About You

• Previous horticulture experience (preferred but not essential)
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible workdays and hours
• A good level of physical fitness
• A current New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence
