Job summary

Balle Bros Group is seeking a Field Harvest Worker to join our farming team in the Franklin district, with daily starts at Tuakau site. Transport is provided to and from farms as needed.

You will be part of a close-knit team, with responsibilities including selecting crops, harvesting by hand or machine, and loading produce onto conveyors. This role suits someone who is physically fit, hardworking, and available year-round.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Franklin district, daily start at Tuakau site; transport provided.
• Monday to Friday and some Saturdays if required.
• Hours from 6:45am to 6:00pm.
• Harvest by hand or machine depending on crop.
• Select crop, cut produce and place onto conveyor belt.

Key Duties

We are looking for a Field Harvest Worker.

• You will be working in the surrounding franklin district, daily start at Tuakau site. Transport provided to and from farms.
• Monday to Friday and some Saturdays if required
• Hours will be working are 6:45am-6:00pm
• Will be hand or machine harvesting depending on the crop
• Select crop, cut produce and putting it onto conveyor belt.
