Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Sylvia Park in Auckland is seeking Casual Sales Assistants to join our busy Back to School & Summer season. If you love footwear and helping customers find the perfect fit, we want you on our team.

You'll deliver amazing customer service, assist with stock, online orders and store presentation, and help drive sales toward KPIs in a fast-paced environment. This seasonal role runs mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends and peak shopping days.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Sylvia Park Store!

What You'll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
