Job summary

The Athlete's Foot Sylvia Park is seeking Casual Sales Assistants for the busy Back to School & Summer season. If you love footwear and helping customers find their perfect fit, we want you on our team.

Key duties include delivering outstanding service, advising on fit, supporting stock and online orders, and helping the store hit sales targets. Available mid‑November to mid‑February, including weekends and key holidays. No prior experience required but passion for footwear helps.

• No experience required, but customer service is a bonus.
• Interest in footwear and active lifestyle.
• Able to work mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends.

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Sylvia Park Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
