Accent Group is seeking Casual Sales Assistants for The Athlete's Foot at the Newmarket store to cover the Back to School and Summer season in Auckland. You will assist customers with footwear, provide expert fit advice and help them find the perfect pair while meeting sales targets.

The role suits individuals who love footwear, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, with weekend and holiday availability expected.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We're looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete's Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Newmarket Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You'll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
