The Athlete’s Foot Australia & New Zealand is seeking Casual Sales Assistants for our busy Northlands store during the Back to School and Summer season. If you love footwear and helping customers find their perfect fit, join our fast-paced team and bring energy every day.

Role involves delivering expert advice, achieving sales targets, assisting with stock and online orders, and maintaining an inviting store presentation. Casual hours include weekends and extended seasonal periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Northlands Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentationBring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
