Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Hamilton is hiring casual Sales Assistants to support our Back to School and Summer season. You'll help customers find the perfect footwear and deliver friendly, fast service in a busy store.

Ideal applicants bring enthusiasm for sport and footwear, a team spirit, and flexibility for weekends and late nights. Training and staff discounts are part of the role, with opportunities to grow within Accent Group.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Hamilton Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
