Job summary

Accent Group’s The Athlete’s Foot Bayfair store is hiring casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School & Summer season. You’ll help customers find the right footwear, provide fit advice and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about footwear, enjoy helping people, and are flexible to work across weekends and peak periods from November to February. Training and team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a bonus but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• Available mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends and busy period days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice.
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Bayfair Store!

If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
