Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot Botany store is hiring casual Sales Assistants for the Back to School & Summer season. If you love footwear and helping customers find their perfect fit, join our fast-paced team and bring energy every day.

You’ll deliver great service, work toward sales targets, support stock and online orders, and help present the store. Weekend availability and long hours during peak season are expected to thrive.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle.
• A positive, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Step Into Back to School & Seasonal Sales

We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Botany Store! If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
