PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is seeking an enthusiastic Seafood Manager to lead our Seafood Department, ensuring a fresh, full, and appealing range for customers every day. You will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, maintain food safety standards, and drive department performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, organisation, and a customer-focused approach to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a busy supermarket environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a supermarket or fresh foods environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the Seafood team.
• Ensure the department is well-stocked and presented to a high standard.
• Manage ordering, stock rotation, inventory control, and waste minimisation.
