Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) New Zealand is seeking a capable Business Analyst to join our APAC team, contributing to sustainable development goals and digital transformation for our clients.

You will gather requirements, refine backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams using Agile practices, Jira and Confluence, while championing continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business analysis and elicitation of requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver Agile/Scrum projects and facilitate ceremonies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, developers, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, sprint progress, and release activities.
  • Support UAT, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
