Timescapes seeks a Chief Operating Officer to become the operational engine behind rapid scale. You will own day-to-day operations, build scalable foundations, and free the CEO to work on strategic opportunities.

This role spans finance, risk, operations, data, and leadership across four markets, including NZ, Australia, Canada, and the US. You will lead process, systems and governance, drive an AI-native operations approach, and supervise field service, logistics, inventory, and regional

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning an operating engine in a scaling business.
• Experience building systems, processes and governance for rapid growth.
• Ability to lead across finance, risk, IT and operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating engine: establish foundations, buy-in from leadership, and scale operations.
• Run the operating rhythm: leadership meetings, reviews and quarterly planning.
• Own business systems (ERP/CRM/field service/billing) and S&OP linking build to ship.
• Build data/BI capability for cross-market visibility and AI foundations.
