Job summary

Property Brokers, New Zealand’s largest family-owned provincial real estate company, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to provide enterprise level operating leadership across the central organisation, leading a 73-person support centre and partnering with regional leadership.

You will translate strategy into execution, simplify processes, accelerate digital initiatives, and identify new growth opportunities while preserving the culture that fuels the business.

Qualifications

• Proven senior executive experience in COO/CEO or equivalent enterprise leadership roles.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with multi-function leadership experience.
