Job summary

Formthotics Foot Science, a Christchurch-based leader in prefabricated orthotics, seeks an enterprise-level CFO to partner with the CEO and Board to drive performance, governance and long-term value creation. You will lead a global finance function and oversee shared services to support rapid growth.

As CFO and 2IC to the CEO, you’ll shape strategy, provide commercial insight, and ensure governance, quality and regulatory systems keep pace with expansion across international markets.

Qualifications

• CA qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Senior leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Experience supporting CEOs, Boards, and executive teams.
• Experience in international, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic planning and decision-making.
• Provide commercial insights to support growth and long-term value creation.
• Lead planning, forecasting and performance management processes.
• Ensure quality, regulatory systems across global markets are robust.
