Job summary

Rotokauri School in Hamilton is seeking a positive, enthusiastic teacher for the senior area (Year 6-7) on a full-time fixed-term basis. You will bring strong curriculum knowledge, be capable of delivering high-quality teaching to diverse learners, and work collaboratively with staff to support literacy and numeracy across the curriculum. Rotokauri School is a full primary on the outskirts of Hamilton.

We require a positive, enthusiastic teacher who is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for our tamariki in the senior area of our school (Year 6-7).

The successful applicant will have sound curriculum knowledge and experience in using a wide range of strategies to support diverse learners. Strengths in literacy and numeracy are essential, as is being a reflective teacher who works collaboratively with others and has the ability to build strong relationships with students. A sense of humour would be highly advantageous.
