Kaipara Flats School is seeking a positive Scale A teacher to cover a maternity leave for the 2027 school year. The role covers primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) learning areas with a focus on Year 2–3 learners, within a vibrant, rural setting.

The terms and conditions, including salary, are set by the Primary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The salary scale for full-time trained teachers ranges from $62,862 to $105,686 (increasing to $64,119 to $107,886 effective 28 January 2027) depending on qualifications and service. Actual placement on the scale will be based on qualifications and previous teaching experience.
