Waimate Main School invites applications from two permanent, full-time teachers to join our friendly, collaborative team in 2027. We teach primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) with a broad curriculum including English, Health, Mathematics and te reo Māori, among others.

We are seeking 2 permanent, full-time teachers to join our friendly, collaborative team in 2027.

Located within a vibrant semi-rural community, you'll join an encouraging, forward-thinking team, committed to empowering students by nurturing their curiosity, confidence, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Both roles begin at the start of the 2027 school year, with year levels yet to be confirmed.
