Express Employment Professionals East Tamaki is seeking an experienced Scaffold Manager to coordinate scaffold jobs, manage staff and fleet, and ensure safety and compliance. You may assist on the tools when required and have the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Scaffold Qualification.
• Full driving licence; Class 2 licence advantageous.
• Valid Safety at Heights certification or willingness to refresh.
• Experience with scheduling and customer communications using systems.
• Sales ability to quote and sell scaffold services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate scaffold jobs efficiently.
• Communicate with customers on timing and requirements.
• Manage teams and adjust schedules.
• Oversee scaffold builds and sign-off completed work.
• Ensure regular inspections and compliance checks.
• Support on-site safety, inductions, and training.
